NihaoPay does not provide this on their website, so using my referral link reduces your application time since you don’t have to exchange a few emails with the sales team before they set up your application.

My applicants get instant access to my FREE video guide that I personally created to help answer the most common application questions. My video guide also provides additional key information regarding the application. There’s no more waiting for replies to emails or messages to get answers to your questions! This helps reduce application errors, thus further reducing the processing time. Once approved, I send my applicants another exclusive video showing how I use NihaoPay’s EasyPay Order system to create and send payment requests to my parents in China.
3. Helpful Insight

I found myself answering many of the same questions individually, so I decided to create this website. My goal is to make things more efficient for both myself and my applicants. 4. Business Information Beyond the Scope of NihaoPay
NihaoPay requires their merchants to have a business registration of some kind. However, they do not provide any additional information in regards to how to get a business registration. As a fellow independent online teacher, I have completed the process of registering a business within the US. While I am not able to offer any business or tax advice, I provide basic information about some different business types, how to register for them, and if they will affect your taxes. The kind of information provided in Online Teacher Life and in my NihaoPay Support group on Facebook goes beyond the scope of what NihaoPay provides.
5. Faster Response Time
Most of the NihaoPay employees work during normal US business office hours. They do have a 24 hour support team, but their primary focus outside of office hours is to provide support for their merchants, not the current applicants.
I am contracted with NihaoPay; I’m not their employee. Therefore, I am not restricted to answering questions or processing incoming applications during normal business hours. For those who use me as their referral for NihaoPay, I strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours, regardless of weekends or holidays. (I often respond within a few hours, if not immediately!) I also quickly reply to those who have reached out to me via Facebook messenger after finding me in NihaoPay Support and other various online teaching groups.
6. Email Correspondence Support
NihaoPay keeps me CC’d on all of their correspondence with my applicants throughout their application process. I will help clear up any miscommunications or confusion as needed.
7. Exclusive Access to NihaoPay Management Team
As an independent contractor, I have exclusive WeChat access to several upper management employees. They will often respond quicker to me there than an applicant’s emailed question will get processed.
8. No Additional Fees
NihaoPay’s fees are already incredibly low, so I was not able to get us a discount on any of those. However, there is no cost or additional fees for using me as your NihaoPay referral. So you are able to get all of this additional assistance at no cost to you!
9. I Will Advocate for You!
As an independent contractor, I only receive compensation from NihaoPay after my referred applicants have been approved and started processing payments through NihaoPay. If an applicant bypasses me, the compensation I would be missing out on is given to the random sales team member who simply passed your information on to the application team. I will advocate for your acceptance throughout the process!
10. Online Teacher Networking Bonus
As a fellow, independent online teacher, I enjoy networking with others! I have met several wonderful teachers throughout my time as an independent teacher. We have enjoyed talking about our work and discussing different curriculum options. Working from home can be so isolating. This is especially true since we don’t have any co-workers, so I enjoy getting to know others in our great community!

Giving Credit Where Credit Is Due
Did you ever get frustrated when a someone made money for referring you for somewhere, but they didn’t do much? If you choose to bypass me and don’t mention I referred you either, then a random sales team member will get the credit and reimbursement for my efforts. The sales team members are full time employees who make a good salary plus PTO, benefits, etc. However, I am only independently contracted with NihaoPay. This means I only receive reimbursement for my approved applicants that use their service. I do not receive a salary, PTO, etc. from NihaoPay. So it’s important to give credit where credit is due.
